Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers in Pflugerville, TX, seeks a full-time Parts Customer Service Associate to communicate with customers in a positive, caring, and timely manner while processing parts transactions accurately and efficiently.

You will support sales programs, maintain current product information, participate in after-hours call rotations, and uphold the values and processes of HOLT's VBL.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience required; parts store experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a positive, caring, and timely manner to enhance customer relations.
• Complete all parts transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal/external resources and support sales programs.
• Maintain current product information and participate in after-hours call rotation.
• Model and uphold HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
