Job summary

Ohio Peterbilt (a division of Ohio Machinery Co.) is looking for a Parts Specialist Counter to deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter and support warehouse operations. The role includes handling calls, greeting customers, processing paperwork, and managing cash/credit transactions efficiently.

You will perform parts receiving, stocking, warranty item handling, and contribute to contamination control and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years warehouse/inventory experience, some in mechanical parts environment.
• Knowledge/experience with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and assist walk-in customers.
• Handle parts calls, greet customers, process paperwork and cash/credit card transactions.
• Perform warehouse duties: receiving, counting, stock, shipping, and handling warranty items.
• Ensure contamination control and safety standards are followed.
