Big Tex Trailer World seeks a Parts Sales Associate to assist in maintaining all aspects of the sales department, focusing on parts and trailer sales. You will greet customers at the parts counter, identify needs, and process transactions accurately using the cash register and MTF.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of commissioned sales experience may substitute training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 3-5 years commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday - Saturday and overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers at the parts counter with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable parts.
• Process parts transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and MTF.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound and follow-up sales calls.
• Prepare sales paperwork and invoices.
• Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments.
• Maintain organized inventory and update stock levels.
• Place orders for parts to replenish stock and ensure timely delivery.
• Keep current with industry trends and updates.
• Monitor customer buying habits to adjust stock levels.
• Conduct stock checks and prevent shortages.
• Address customer inquiries promptly with detailed information about parts.
• Offer exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist customers in locating and ordering hard-to-find parts.
• Coordinate with service to identify and order parts for service jobs.
• Assist in service scheduling.
