Job summary

Tntx, Llc is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to handle front and back counter parts sales, invoicing, and quick retrieval for the Service Department. You will greet customers, advise on substitutions, and maintain a clean, organized parts area while supporting inventory control.

The role requires good reading/writing, basic math, and familiarity with Windows and MS Office. Prior experience with inventory software is a plus, with a GED or high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and data entry.
• Familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications.
• Experience with database, inventory and internet software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts over the front and back counters and via telephone.
• Invoice and pull parts accurately.
• Organize parts in the correct area and assist customer pick-ups.
• Inform service department parts needs and support technicians.
• Greet customers professionally and handle substitutions or modifications.
• Keep parts area clean, stocked and orderly.
• Assist with physical stock inventory.
