Job summary

Mustang Cat is seeking a Bilingual Parts Counter Sales Representative - Level 2 to provide expert parts support at our Houston location. You will engage customers at the counter, on the phone, and by email, using your experience to identify parts, quote accurately, and drive sales.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in parts sales, strong mechanical knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. The role offers career growth, full benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a structured path

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in parts sales, automotive, heavy equipment, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment or machinery.
• Customer-focused with a sales-first mindset and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable using parts look-up systems, inventory software, and modern business applications.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and efficient in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

What You’ll Do as a Parts Counter Sales Representative:

As a Level 2 Counter Representative, you’ll take the lead in providing advanced parts support—serving as the go-to resource for customers and internal teams. You’ll use your experience and technical knowledge to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service.
