We are hiring a Parts Counter Sales Representative to provide exemplary support to all Parts customers.

Counter Sales Representative Benefits:

• Answering the phones in a professional manner
• Taking parts orders and assisting customers with parts issues
• Processing all parts orders before the end of each workday
• Checking in parts as they arrive
• Assisting with loading shuttle truck as needed
• Make or build hydraulic hoses as needed
• Maintaining re-man core tracking and holding area for Warranty and non-Warranty
• Collecting payment
• Entering all freight charges on counter and shop tickets
• Additional warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
• Mechanical aptitude
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goals
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done

Strongly Preferred:

• Knowledge of Cat Systems
• Previous experience working in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial
