Job summary

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is hiring an Inside Parts Sales Representative (Back Counter) to support service technicians and retail customers with parts and sales assistance. The role requires a strong customer service mindset, basic computer skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, experience with automotive or commercial truck parts is preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Parts and sales support to retail customers
• Participate in company training programs for career development
• Assist with other parts initiatives as needed
• Pull and stage parts as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive or Commercial Truck parts experience is desired
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR

• Must have the ability to work well within a team environment
• Previous Forklift experience is necessary
• May have to lift up to 50 pounds
• Aftermarket experience is a plus

Shift Schedule

Candidates must be flexible to work occasional weekends and assist with parts inventory management as business needs require.
