Job summary

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking an Inside Parts Sales Representative (Back Counter) to join our team in the Southeast. You will provide commercial vehicle parts support and sales assistance to service technicians and retail customers.

Primary duties include parts support, order accuracy, and collaboration with the service team. A high school diploma is required, with automotive parts experience preferred; valid license and forklift experience are necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Automotive or Commercial Truck parts experience is desirable.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR.
• Forklift experience is necessary.
• Strong customer-service mindset and relationship-building ability.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
