Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking an entry-level Parts Sales professional at our Jackson/Richland, MS location. You will help customers with truck parts, support inventory management, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid in-house training and clear opportunities to advance into more senior roles across our expanding network. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or parts environment is a plus.
• Interest in automotive/diesel or commercial truck parts sales preferred.
• Aftermarket parts experience is a bonus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, web-based systems).
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs regularly.
• Available Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask.
• Self-motivated with a team-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Load, unload, and verify inbound/outbound freight shipments.
• Accurately stock, sort, and manage parts inventory.
• Deliver parts to the service department and local customers.
• Operate delivery vehicles for local parts delivery and pick-up routes.
• Process and ship parts using various carriers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate warehouse environment.
