Job summary

Iowa Ag is seeking a Parts Counter Sales associate in Atlantic, IA to promote and sell parts, provide excellent customer service, and assemble parts orders with accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years parts or counter experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read schematics. Occasional travel may be needed; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years parts or parts sales / counter experience.
• Working knowledge of CLAAS parts a plus.
• Read and interpret parts and machine schematics.
• Excellent oral and written communication; customer service.
• Forklift certification and safe driving history required.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell parts to customers with strong service.
• Assemble and fill customer and shop parts orders accurately.
• Assist with parts lookups and orders; support service dept during peak times.
• Deliver parts to customers or FarmPoint locations as needed.
• Travel occasionally; valid driver's license required.
