Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CLAAS parts is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret parts and machine schematics.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving history; ability to travel.
• Forklift operation capability; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull parts to fill technician and customer orders.
• Deliver parts in field and to other FARMPOINT locations or customers.
• Support Parts Department in assembling customer and technician orders.
• Back up Parts Department in pulling and scheduling freight shipments.
• Assist customers with parts lookup and orders.
• Regular travel by parts van; occasional overnight travel may be required.
