Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | Sat 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (Seasonal)

Job Purpose:

Do you like solving mechanical problems and helping people? Join Coleman Equipment, a trusted name in construction, farm, and lawn care equipment in our Parts Department.

As a Parts Counter Sales and Support Representative, you’ll help customers find the right part at the right time to help keep them on the job. You’ll do more than just sell parts and solve problems; you’ll build relationships, educate customers, and make every interaction count.

Essential Functions:

• Navigate digital parts catalogs to help customer locate the correct part to solve his or her problem.
• Assist technicians in the service department with all of their parts needs.
• Research and locate hard to find parts from non-typical sources when needed.
• Process parts sales transactions and collect money.
• Communicate clearly and consistently to keep customers informed through the entire process.
• Prepare quotes for large jobs and make recommendations for other solutions.
• Receive and maintain the dealership parts inventory.
• Process and deliver parts and accessory orders.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and rental teams to meet customer needs.
• Represent Coleman Equipment with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.

What You Need:

• A friendly, can-do personality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs,
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify/differentiate between numbers and symbols.
• A customer service mindset with the ability to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and grow through training, product knowledge, and team collaboration.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail with documentation and inventory.
• Willingness to work Saturdays during peak seasons.
