Job summary

Capitol City Ford in Indianapolis seeks a parts counter person to assist technicians with parts needs and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining strong product knowledge, overseeing the sales process from inquiry to invoicing, locating parts not in stock, and communicating status to technicians.

You will follow safety policies and industry regulations. Ford experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts counter experience in retail or similar.
• Ability to look up parts in cataloging systems.
• Ford experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• People focused and dedicated to providing great customer service.
• Must follow safety policies and applicable regulations.

Pay is based on department sales, percentage is based on experience, with potential to make $60k to $85k a year.
