Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Parts Counter Person to support automotive parts sales at a Ford dealership. You will process orders from start to finish, locate missing parts with the parts manager, and handle special orders while keeping customers informed about part status.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of automobiles, solid analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with auto parts sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special order part request for the customer
• Communicate with customer on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

Parts Counter Person Responsibilities:
