Suburban Ford is seeking a Parts Counter Person to handle customer service and retail sales for auto parts. You will oversee the sales process, assist the parts manager in locating parts, and handle special order requests with clear customer communication.

Applicants should have automotive knowledge, strong computer skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional demeanor and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in service department.
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of automobiles and parts lookup.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to identify problems quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
