Job summary

Goldman Equipment, LLC in Bossier City, LA is looking for a Parts Clerk who can deliver excellent customer service while promoting and selling parts and accessories. You will work with an automated Parts Department and Handle software, receive, stock, and deliver items, and support marketing efforts to grow the customer base.

JOB SUMMARY:

The person in this position has a proficient knowledge of inventory items sold in the Dealership. This position is responsible for performing a variety of in-store customer service, marketing, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories. This position requires knowledge and understanding of an automated Parts Department's processes, techniques, and parts inventories. The person in this position is responsible for increasing the Company’s Customer base and contributing to annual Sales growth by utilizing Customer Trax (Handle) software. This position may require moderate guidance and direction from the Parts Manager in the daily operations of the Department. Must maintain confidentiality of Customer information.
