Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter in selecting and purchasing parts.
• Work closely with service technicians to fulfill internal parts requests quickly and accurately.
• Process parts orders, invoices, and payments through the dealership management system (DMS).
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stocking, binning, and cycle counts.
• Order parts from vendors and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle returns, warranties, and core processing in accordance with company guidelines.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Answer phone calls and respond to parts inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote additional sales by suggesting related parts and accessories.
• Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures.
