Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is seeking an experienced parts counter person to support growth at our luxury dealership. On-site training will be provided; this full-time role includes processing tech part orders, assisting wholesale and retail counters, and occasional cashiering with deposits.

We value a strong personality and reliable team member who can handle multiple storage locations, maintain accuracy, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Some Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an auto dealership environment preferred.
• Ability to cashier COD customers and balance deposits.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve parts from multi-level storage locations.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills in daily interactions.

Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is looking for an experienced parts counter person to help accommodate our current growth. Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is a luxury auto dealership that is looking for an energetic and hardworking individual to begin their career with a well-established company. They are to have a working knowledge of normal business operations in an auto dealership but all training will be done on site.

This is a full time position with benefits. The positions include processing all tech parts orders in a timely manner, assist our wholesale parts department when needed. This individual will also require working our retail sales parts counter. This job requires you to cashier COD customers and balance a nightly deposit on a needed basis.

This position is Monday -Friday with some Saturday’s required.
