Job summary

Murgado Automotive Group seeks a Parts Counterperson for Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. You will assist customers and technicians with parts needs and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an automotive parts department, preferably with Mercedes-Benz.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts.
• Process parts orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain an organized and clean parts counter and storage area.
• Manage inventory levels and notify the parts manager of shortages.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process returns and warranty claims as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
