Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to assist guests in-shop, over the phone, or online. You will pull and fill orders, organize inventory, and communicate with our team and vendors in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous parts retail sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent follow-up skills, frequently communicating inventory and availability of parts.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials.
• Notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency order if necessary.
• Notify Service Advisor when special order parts are received.
• Follow-up on back-ordered parts.
• Verify will-call and back-order files weekly and stock items not picked up.
• Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
• Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
• Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts.
• Assist Parts Manager in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.

As a Parts Counter Associate, you are responsible for assisting guests primarily through the shop, on the phone, or online.
