Job summary

Sri Healthcare in Millersville, TN is seeking a Parts Counter driven professional to join our growing team. You will assist customers in selecting parts, coordinate with Sales, Service and Rental, and help ensure customer satisfaction.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday (7am–5pm) with a pay range of $24.00–$27.00 DOE and a comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, 401K, and more).

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Professional, team-oriented and able to learn company software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

• Monitor inventory and identify parts needing special ordering; support Parts Manager.

Parts Counter $24.00-$27.00 DOE Monday-Friday (7am-5pm)

Essential Functions:

Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Coordinate with Sales, Service and Rental departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Knowledge and ability to monitor inventory to determine which parts require special ordering. Ability to assist the Parts Manager in analyzing and resolving discrepancies between computer inventory and actual parts on hand.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience working in automotive or construction industry preferred. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to manage heavy phone volume with great data entry skills while paying close attention to details. Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an elevated level of competence with computer related programs. Be professional and hard working with a customer-friendly approach to service. Be comfortable working in a team setting. Must be able to learn company designated software within a reasonable amount of time allotted.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
