Job summary

Bobcat - GDN is seeking a Parts Counter professional to help customers select parts, coordinate with Sales, Service, and Rental teams, and monitor inventory for special orders. The role emphasizes accuracy, friendly service, and teamwork within a busy shop environment.

Candidates should have automotive or construction industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn company software. The position offers a full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner.

• Monitor inventory to determine parts requiring special ordering.
• Assist the Parts Manager in analyzing and resolving discrepancies between computer inventory and actual parts on hand.
• Answering the phone and speaking with customers and employees.
