Job summary

You will work with vendors, enter invoices in the MIS, label and track parts by RO number, and help maintain margins by monitoring discounts and pricing changes. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received per schedule.
• Enter invoices and manage MIS records.
• Label, track, and organize parts by RO number and vehicle.
• Communicate parts price changes to required team members and ensure supplier invoices reflect negotiated discounts.
