Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure an exceptional customer experience by managing the ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You’ll verify parts quality, track inventory, and ensure timely distribution to the shop to support the production schedule.

Responsibilities include entering invoices in the MIS, communicating price changes, and maintaining accurate parts records while working with vendors and the shop team to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).
• Experience with automotive parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts; verify quality and quantity for repair orders.
• Distribute parts to shop in line with production schedule.
• Enter invoices into MIS and track vendor histories.
• Label/track parts by RO number and communicate price changes.
• Monitor supplier performance and reconcile invoices.
• Ensure correct discounts are applied to invoices.
