Job summary

Crash Champions in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support our fast-growing collision repair operations. You will receive and check in parts, verify deliveries, and ensure accurate matching to repair orders.

This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to coordinate with vendors, process invoicing, and maintain organized records. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts; match delivered parts to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality; flag damaged items.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor immediately.
• Monitor deliveries; communicate parts status with vendors.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure invoices posted in the estimating platform; make corrections as needed.
