Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator for our Crestwood, IL location. You will receive and inspect parts, track deliveries, and ensure accurate invoicing in our estimating platform.

This role supports rapid turnaround for high-quality collision repairs and requires timely communication with vendors. We offer medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401k with match, paid holidays, and a referral bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Aufgaben

• Receive and check in parts, match delivered parts to repair orders, and ensure parts are accounted for on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality and report discrepancies if not available within two hours of expected drop off.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor promptly.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate with vendors on parts status.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform.
