Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Receiving Associate in California. You will receive and verify parts, ensuring they are matched to repair orders and correctly stored on the parts cart. Attention to detail ensures accurate deliveries and timely processing of invoices.

You will inspect parts, return incorrect items to vendors, and actively monitor deliveries. This role supports the estimating platform and involves strong organizational skills and reliable transportation credentials.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts, matching to repair orders and placing on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality and note any damages.
• Return incorrect parts promptly to the vendor.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate parts status with vendors.
• Post parts invoices in Crash Champion’s estimating platform and amend as needed.
