What You'll Do
  • Inventory Management: Accurately manage stock levels by receiving, organizing, and tracking parts and supplies to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
  • Order Processing: Provide timely and accurate quotes and process customer invoices for the parts department, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service by communicating with customers via email, phone, and in-person to understand needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Effective Communication: Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with both suppliers and customers to support seamless coordination and service delivery.
  • Technology & Training: Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and improve job performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to promptly fulfill parts requests, contributing to streamlined operations and improved customer outcomes.
  • Safety Focus: Promote and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and fostering a safety-first culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, the Parts Coordinator must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.

Education/Experience:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and implement effective real-time solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Commitment to promoting a positive workplace and safety-first culture.
  • Experience in parts coordination, inventory control, customer service, or a related role within a service, repair, or technical industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with parts catalogs, invoicing systems, and order tracking software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
