What You'll Do- Inventory Management: Accurately manage stock levels by receiving, organizing, and tracking parts and supplies to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
- Order Processing: Provide timely and accurate quotes and process customer invoices for the parts department, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service by communicating with customers via email, phone, and in-person to understand needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Effective Communication: Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with both suppliers and customers to support seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Technology & Training: Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and improve job performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to promptly fulfill parts requests, contributing to streamlined operations and improved customer outcomes.

- Experience in parts coordination, inventory control, customer service, or a related role within a service, repair, or technical industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with parts catalogs, invoicing systems, and order tracking software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
