Job summary

Young Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Associate / Counter Person to join our team in Logan, UT. The role focuses on helping customers and technicians select and order parts, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate inventory and distribution of accessories.

We value a friendly, detail-oriented professional with a dependable work history. A valid driver's license, background check, and drug screen are required; Tekion (ADP) experience is a plus, and on-site benefits are available for full-time

Qualifications

• Stable work history with demonstrated success.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Recommended parts experience preferred
• Experience with Tekion (ADP) is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly professional and efficient manner
• Locates or orders parts as needed
• Prepares invoices for parts to be handed over the counter
• Answers retail phone calls and assists customers over the phone
• Follow up with customers over the phone on special order parts
• Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts
• Maintains professional appearance
