Job summary

TriStar JCB in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a Parts Advisor to manage inventory, receive stock, and complete parts sales. You will maintain accurate parts records, process orders, and ensure fast turnaround for customers.

You will use our DMS for inventory control, handle counter service, upsell related items, and coordinate with the General Service Manager on issues. Full-time, non-exempt position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior parts experience a plus.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Order parts from vendors, track arrival, distribute and store parts.
• Handle customer orders and maintain parts inventory to support all products.
• Utilize DMS for inventory, recordkeeping, parts information.
• Serve counter customers and upsell related items on calls.
• Enter all parts sales orders promptly and track status daily.
