The Parts Retail Associate position involves interacting with customers to assist them in purchasing automotive parts, aiming to create an exceptional buying experience and build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities include:

1. Promptly assist technicians and retail guests courteously.
2. Obtain correct parts and accessories efficiently.
3. Price parts accurately and document properly.
4. Answer calls courteously and satisfy inquiries.
5. Stock inventory properly.
6. Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
7. Provide customers with information and promote additional sales.
8. Create and maintain merchandising displays.
9. Deliver an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 3 years as an automotive Parts professional.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• One year experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year sales experience.

This role offers an hourly wage plus commission, with yearly income ranging from $40,000 to $50,000.
