Hill Country Honda in San Antonio, TX is hiring motivated Parts Advisors to join our parts team on the road to success. Hill Country Honda is part of the Lithia & Driveway family, offering growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

In this on-site role you will work with the Service Team to source parts, assist customers, and maintain accurate inventory. Report to the Parts Manager; prior dealership experience is a bonus.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in automotive parts.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
• Any automotive certifications is a plus.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering excellent service.
• Answer telephone calls and greet customers and vendors.
• Maintain clean work area and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts for vehicle repair with the Service Team.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts so they are available when needed.
• Take inventory and maintain records of goods received with perpetual controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and returns as needed.

Now Hiring Parts Advisors at Hill Country Honda! Hill Country Honda is looking for motivated Parts Advisors to join our parts team on the road to success! As we continue to grow, we are looking for candidates who have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and experience with providing customer experience! Hill Country Honda is part of the Lithia & Driveway family of over 300 dealerships nationwide. This is an on-site position located in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• As a Parts Advisor you will provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
• You will answer telephone and greet customers and vendors.
• You will maintain clean work area and stockroom.
• Work with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are available when needed.
• Take inventory, maintain records of goods received and keep perpetual inventory controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience required

• Automotive dealership service experience is a plus

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location, etc.
