Wednesday: 8am-5pm
Thursday:8am-4pm
Friday: 9am-7pm
Saturday: 7:30am-4pm
Saturday & Monday: OFF

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicating with customers on parts status
- Setting up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- Reviewing body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate
- Receiving payment from retail customers or obtaining credit authorization
- Pulling and filling orders from stock
- Reading and understanding the parts catalog when looking up parts
- Maintaining weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
- Notifying parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Locating out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary
- Making sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order Communicating with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls; providing price quotes and other information
- Providing high level service to internal and external customers
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with auto parts sales preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
