Requirements
- The ability to respond to inquiries regarding the company’s services, pricing, repair completion dates, bill/repair order adjustments, etc.
- Skills to promote and sell our company’s services
- The ability to assess needs and promote alternative products and services
- Coordinate activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or equivalent
- The ability to create Work Orders and Purchase Orders in a systems environment
- Experience in Parts Receiving and Processing
- The ability to kit parts and issue to technicians
- The ability to transact inventory movements
- Experience with Parts Inventory Cycle Counting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong servicing experience, performing routine tasks under immediate supervision, following established procedures, requiring little evaluation, originality, or ingenuity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in opening, reviewing, and communicating status to customers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including telephone skills
