Job summary

HGreg is seeking a Parts Advisor in Orlando, FL for an 8-hour shift with weekend availability. The role interfaces with customers and service techs to sell parts and accessories in a courteous, timely manner.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the candidate will pull stock parts, set up daily orders, ensure accuracy and implement sourcing per ReconTrac. Invoicing, PO processing and cross-department communication are key aspects.

SUMMARY:

The Parts Counter Person provides the direct interface with the retail customer or with the service department technician to sell the needed parts and accessories in a courteous and timely fashion.

REPORTS TO:

Parts Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Pull purchased parts from stock.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Ensure parts are free of defects and correct part received
• Source all parts that are being requested per ReconTrac
• Process parts invoices and PO’s
• Communicate with technicians and inspectors to ensure parts are being correctly requested
• Properly estimate parts with three different available options
• Any and all other items not here listed but requested by the Parts Manager
