Job summary

HGreg is seeking a Parts Advisor to serve as the direct interface with retail customers or the service department technicians to sell parts and accessories in a courteous and timely fashion.

The role reports to the Parts Manager and requires handling stock parts, setting up daily orders for shipment or pickup, and ensuring accuracy and defect-free parts. Weekend availability and a positive, team-focused attitude are valued.

• Parts invoicing and Purchase Orders.
• Great communication within all departments.

Responsibilities

• Pull purchased parts from stock.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Ensure parts are free of defects and correct part received.
• Source all parts that are being requested per ReconTrac.
• Process parts invoices and POs.
• Communicate with technicians and inspectors to ensure parts are being correctly requested.
• Properly estimate parts with three different available options.
• Any and all other items requested by the Parts Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Pull purchased parts from stock.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Ensure parts are free of defects and correct part received
• Source all parts that are being requested per ReconTrac
• Process parts invoices and PO’s
• Communicate with technicians and inspectors to ensure parts are being correctly requested
• Properly estimate parts with three different available options
• Any and all other items not here listed but requested by the Parts Manager
