Lithia Motors' Henderson Hyundai Superstore in Henderson, NV is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, high-volume service department.

You will greet customers, explain needed services, prepare repair orders in ADP, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality vehicle service. Open availability and strong math skills are valued in our team.

Formación

• Typing to enter repair orders.
• Mathematics to calculate service costs.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming telephone calls per ITC standards.
• Greet customers and identify resolutions to concerns.
• Communicate service needs, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Conduct vehicle walk-around to assess needs.
• Prepare repair orders and estimates using the ADP system.
• Follow ICC2 and CD processes and update customers during service.
