Wisch Auto Group in Baytown, TX, is seeking a Parts Advisor to provide top-tier customer service and accurate parts quoting. This in-person role supports the Parts Manager at 5225 I-10 and requires experience with Stellantis Mopar parts and a valid driver’s license.

You will handle orders, returns, cores, warranties, and invoicing while coordinating with workshop staff to ensure fast, high-quality service. Local applicants with dealership parts experience are preferred.

Position Summary

Position: Parts Advisor

Classification: Full Time; Non -Exempt

Reports To: Parts Manager

Work Location: In person; 5225 I-10, Baytown TX

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

• Expert Advising: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians, using your Stellantis knowledge to identify and quote the correct parts from the very first time.
• Inventory and Order Management: Execute orders, manage returns, and process cores and warranties by following our optimized processes to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensure the correct invoicing of all parts and the allocation of additional charges like freight, contributing directly to the department's profitability.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with all workshop staff, maintaining fluid communication and respecting processes to guarantee fast, high-quality service.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Essential Requirement: Demonstrable experience with Stellantis (Mopar) parts.
• Additional Experience: Experience with the CDK system is a plus.

Relevant Work Experience & Other Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• All applicants must pass pre-employment screening which includes Background Check, Drug Test, and MVR
• Must have clean driving record, and be licensed for a minimum of 3 years to be insurable
• Must be able to work Saturdays and up to 40 hours per week

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to drive, stand, bend, and/ or walk for extended periods of time
