Howdy Honda of Austin is seeking a Parts Advisor to support our parts and service teams in a full-service dealership. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in person and by phone while maintaining accurate parts inventory and timely reorders.

A valid driver's license, proficiency with CDK or Reynolds systems, and bilingual Spanish are required to succeed in this position and help our customers get the right parts quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with CDK or Reynolds systems.
• Bilingual (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in-person and by phone.
• Manage parts inventory and reorder when necessary.
• Deliver parts accurately and punctually.
• Use dealership software (CDK/Reynolds) efficiently.
