Job summary

This on-site role requires a minimum of five years in parts operations and strong ERP and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Parts Operations, Inventory and Warehouse Management with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping logistics, and WMS.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Parts Department operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
• Manage core processing activities, including reconciliation, policy adherence, issue resolution, and coordination with Accounting.
• Oversee Corporate Parts Administration functions, including back-order expediting, exchange coordination, PCC ordering, and administrative support teams.
• Recruit, develop, evaluate, and plan staffing needs to ensure a high-performing team.
• Monitor departmental financial and operational performance, including key metrics and process efficiency.
• Lead back-order escalation efforts with internal teams, dealers, and customer-facing personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintain Parts Office operations, coordinate TEPS returns, and oversee novelty store inventory and customer support activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance reviews, employee development, cross-functional communication, and business initiatives.
