You will lead department processes, recruit and develop staff, implement annual goals and marketing plans, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced auto dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Associates Degree and 1+ year in Parts Department operations.
• Experience leading others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
• Basic understanding of financial principles related to parts operations.
• Forklift/skid loader experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enforces efficient Parts Department processes to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI.
• Promotes parts and accessories across store locations.
• Sets annual department goals aligned with financial objectives.
• Maintains accurate inventory with cycle or physical counts.
• Leads recruiting, staffing and staff development.
• Ensures safety compliance and a safe work environment.
