Job summary

Sawgrass Ford in Sunrise, FL seeks a detail-oriented Parts Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Parts Department. Responsibilities include processing high volumes of parts invoices in CDK DMS, 3-way matching, vendor payments, and month-end accruals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience, automotive dealership or parts environment preferred.
• Experience using CDK Drive or other dealership management systems is a plus.
• Basic Excel and data entry proficiency.
• Knowledge of automotive parts or willingness to learn Ford-specific processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and code parts vendor invoices in CDK, perform 3-way matching.
• Handle Parts Department payables and reconcile statements with vendors.
• Process payments (checks, ACH) and assist with month-end accruals.
• Manage returns, credits, and adjustments in the system.
• Coordinate with parts managers on pricing issues and invoice problems.
