Job summary

Arbor Day Foundation in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Corporate Partnership Manager to grow and manage a nationwide portfolio of Community Tree Distribution partners. You will identify new opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and lead partnerships from discovery to renewal.

The role combines relationship building, business development, sustainability, and technology, working with internal teams to deliver impact for communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnership development, account management, fundraising, sales, corporate relations, or related field.
• Proven success generating new business and meeting revenue goals.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, or opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecasting, and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of Community Tree Distribution partners nationwide.
• Develop account strategies to increase participation, impact, and revenue.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and close new Community Tree Distribution partnerships.
• Create tailored partnership proposals and navigate the full lifecycle.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within Foundation guidelines.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to deliver outcomes.
• Represent the Foundation at conferences and partner meetings to expand the network.
