The Arbor Manager is responsible for leading and growing arbor operations within an assigned market. This role oversees sales, production, Plant Health Care (PHC), and team development while ensuring exceptional safety performance, operational execution, and financial results. This individual serves as the leader of the arbor business within the branch and is accountable for the overall success of the division—including client relationships, business development, operational performance, and the development of high-performing teams. The Arbor Manager will partner closely with branch and executive leadership to continue building a market-leading arbor operation while creating opportunities for team members to grow and thrive.
