Job summary

Kapitus, Inc. is seeking a Partnerships Manager I to act as a liaison and manage the flow of small business applicants from ISO partners, driving growth across key partnerships.

You will oversee relationships, strategize growth opportunities, and support deal flow with Account Managers throughout the sales process. The role requires coordinating with ISOs, leveraging Tableau for marketing insights, and ensuring compliance with credit and legal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience preferred.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in payment processing or financial services.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience with contract/partnership negotiations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage partnership and relationship matters including onboarding and prospecting.
• Communicate with ISOs via outbound calls and emails.
• Oversee negotiations and business development while following policies.
