Job summary

Kapitus is seeking a Partnerships Manager I to lead partner relationships with ISO partners and drive growth through strategic account management. You will coordinate onboarding, prospect new business, and manage communications across the sales pipeline.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, utilize Tableau for partner marketing insights, and ensure compliance with credit and legal policies. A strong background in B2B sales and partnerships is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Payment Processing, Financial Services, and/or Consultative Sales.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with contract/partnership negotiations is a plus.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive industry knowledge on pricing, equipment, and/or gateways.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage partnership and all relationship matters from a higher level, including onboarding and prospecting; strategize growth and resolve issues.
• Converse effectively with ISOs via outbound calls and emails.
• Oversee negotiation, presentation, and business development while adhering to policies.
