Job summary

Triumph Arcade in San Francisco, CA seeks a Partnerships Lead to build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, talent, and affiliates. You will own partnerships from outreach through activation, helping grow our brand ambassador program.

This hands-on, fast-paced role requires exceptional communication, organization, and travel for shoots, events, and partner activations. You will work with marketing, legal, and product teams to drive campaigns and measure performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, talent management, or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing several partnerships at once.
• Able to negotiate terms and confidently communicate with talent, agents, and managers.
• Willing and able to travel frequently, including some nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with gaming, sports, collectibles, or creator-led marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, talent, agencies, and management teams.
• Identify and recruit new partners who align with our brand and target audiences.
• Manage partnerships from outreach and negotiation through execution and reporting.
• Coordinate creator shoots, livestreams, events, and other marketing activations.
• Manage our affiliate program in-house, including recruitment, onboarding, communication, tracking, and partner support.
• Work with internal marketing, creative, legal, and product teams to execute campaigns.
• Track partnership and affiliate performance and recommend ways to improve results.
• Represent the company at industry events, conventions, shoots, and partner meetings.
• Travel frequently to support partnerships and activations.
