Job summary

Atom is an AI-native premium domain marketplace seeking a Business Development Specialist to own the partnership program end to end. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and onboard partners, shaping the program as it scales with leadership.

You'll work closely with the founders and leadership, coordinating with our tech team on integrations and creating collateral to support growth while tracking performance and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, partnerships, or a full-cycle sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working with technical teams on integration needs.
• A builder's mindset: you improve the process, not just run it.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential partners
• Own the full cycle: outreach, negotiation, closing
• Lead onboarding, working with our tech team on integrations
• Build the collateral that supports the program: templates, decks, one-pagers
• Track pipeline health and report on what's working
• Manage the relationship after the deal closes, not just the handoff
