Qualifications

4+ years in product management or a related, technical role.
Experience owning product analytics and instrumentation (events, funnels, dashboards).
Experience building or managing automated product emails and notifications.
Comfort collaborating with engineering on data and feature work.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into a prioritized roadmap.
High ownership mindset and ability to drive growth independently.

Responsibilities

Own product analytics and instrumentation: define events, track funnels, monitor usage data.
Build and manage automated emails and notifications triggered by product behavior (onboarding, activation, re-engagement).
Design and ship growth-oriented product features guiding users through the journey inside Atom.
Partner with engineering to implement tracking, triggers, and in-product growth experiments.
Analyze product data to identify drop-off points and opportunities to improve activation and retention.
Prioritize and ship product-side journey improvements in partnership with design and engineering.
