Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, publisher partnerships, account management, or related operations.
• Experience with publishers, media companies, SSPs, DSPs, ad tech platforms, or digital advertising is preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary demand-side contact for global supply partners.
• Communicate requirements, timelines, testing needs, and launch readiness for initiatives.
• Monitor monetization and identify gaps to improve demand activation and revenue.
• Coordinate across Demand, Ad Ops, Supply, and Product teams to move opportunities forward.
• Provide responsive partner communication to maintain high satisfaction.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects from the demand side.
